SOLUTION

Step 1. Go to the responsibility:  System Administrator.

Step 2. Navigate to Profiles > System

Query the Profile Option FND: View Object Max Fetch Size at Site, Application (Oracle Configurator)
and User Level.

Step 3.Change the value from 200 to a higher value (i.e. 300 to 500).

NOTE: As this value can affect the system Performance so kindly read the Guidelines in System Configurations

Step 4. Log out of the Application and again Login.

Step 5. Please retest the issue.

Step 6. If the issue is resolved, please migrate the solution as appropriate to other environments.
