ERROR While starting OACORE services in R12
In EBS R12, some Application services does not stopped correctly. So when we start oacore services again it will fail with error code Error: <connector name=”OracleASjms” path=”OracleASjms.rar” .
On finding, Following Error could be written in $INST_TOP/ora/10.1.3/opmn/oacore_default_group_1/oacorestd.err

It usually happens when services get started , it creates lock files for the process and this lock will persist till the time services are up.
SOLUTION
1. Remove all these lock files and restart services again. Lock file location is as below.
OACORE service lock file will be located at
cd $INST_TOP/ora/10.1.3/j2ee/oacore/persistence/oacore_default_group_1
remove all files under this location and then restart oacore services.
2. If forms are not opening, and giving the same error, then remove forms lock files
FORM service lock file will be located at
cd $INST_TOP/ora/10.1.3/j2ee/forms/persistence/forms_default_group_1
remove all files under this location and then restart oacore services.
