Oracle Account Receivables (AR) Late charge report ended with “no data found”
SOLUTION
Step 1. Navigate to responsibility: Receivables Manager
Step 2. Navigate to Customers > profiles
Step 3. Query the profile used on your customers
Step 4. Change the ‘Late Charge Type’ to ‘Adjustment’.
Ensure you update all customers.
