SOLUTION

1. Check the linkxlC path in Linux by typing below command.

$ which linkxlC

/usr/oracle/bin/linkxlC

2.Export Path for linkxlC

$ export PATH=/usr/oracle/bin:$PATH

3. Run adcfgclone again:

$ adcfgclone.pl dbTechStack
