SOLUTION

Setup the Auto Accounting for all the Accounting Types.

NAVIGATE: Receivables -> Setup -> Transactions -> AutoAccounting

The minimum mandatory types are below:

1.FREIGHT
2.REC
3.REV
4.SUSPENSE (AutoInvoice Clearing)
5.TAX
6.UNBILL (Unbilled Receivable)
7.UNEARN (Unearned Revenue)

Use below script to identify the missing auto accounting types;

SELECT GL_DEFAULT_ID,

TYPE FROM RA_ACCOUNT_DEFAULTS_ALL

WHERE ORG_ID = &orgid 

AND TYPE IN 

(‘FREIGHT’, ‘REC’, ‘REV’, ‘SUSPENSE’, ‘TAX’, ‘UNBILL’, ‘UNEARN’);
