SOLUTION

Step 1. Navigate to Responsibility: System Administrator

Step 2. Navigation to  Profile > System

Step 3. Query Profile: AR: Use Statement, Dunning, and Late Charges

Step 4. Set the profile option to “Yes” at the site level.
