FRM-92050 failed to connect to Server /forms/servlet -1
SOLUTION
Step 1. Go to Internet Option in internet Explorer
Step 2. Go to Security Tab and then Click Custom Level button.
Step 3. Scroll down to the last and then Disable the XSS Filter and Click OK.
